These terms govern your use of the VELORA platform. By using the site you agree to the rules below.
1. General
VELORA is an online vehicle auction platform. By accessing or using it you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Account and registration
To place bids you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
One person may hold only one account. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
3. Membership and payments
Some features require an active membership. Membership fees are shown on the payment page and depend on the chosen plan.
Payments are processed through a secure gateway (Stripe). Card details are never stored on our servers.
4. Auctions and bids
Every bid placed is a binding commitment. The highest bid wins when the auction window closes.
The platform reserves the right to pause, postpone or cancel an auction for technical reasons.
5. Vehicle condition
Vehicles are sold "as-is". Lot descriptions, photos and condition data are for reference; the buyer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle before bidding.
VELORA does not warrant against hidden defects.
6. Prohibited conduct
Fake bids, price manipulation, using another person’s account, or attempts to breach platform security are prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes. Contact us with any questions.
